Water Features

Imagine a warm early spring evening after a long day of work.  You step outside to your favorite seat next to the babbling stream to relax and de-stress.  You hear the young sounds of spring and a soothing sound of gently running water, and you see soft glimmering reflections of evening light across the surface and over some rocks.  It’s a peaceful calm after a long day.  If you close your eyes for a minute and really imagine this experience you will probably have taken the first step towards owning a water feature.  The tranquil sounds of water are recognized by many as an easy means to relaxation.  Unquestionably, it dramatically adds to the experience one has interacting with their landscape.

Darlington Designs is a strong believer in every home having a water feature!  The world of water features is vast and not limited to the conventional fish pond any more.  The water features of today are diverse in styles, offering something for every situation.  We offer an array of options from small bubbling style features to Pondless Waterfalls of all shapes and sizes.  All of our installations are of natural PA stone and are painstakingly constructed to look as natural in their setting as possible.  A successful application leads people to feel as if it could have been there all along.

If you spoke with one of our clients’ who decided to incorporate a water feature they would probably tell you that much of what has made their project so amazing was their water features.   And so I leave you with this thought. . .
