Sod - Install

Owner & crew very professional.  Initial installation of sod required some corrections and some new plants perished in the first few months, however they did follow-up and correct all concerns.  This is important, some contractors I've worked with are virtually impossible to communicate with after they've been paid.  I can say that was never the case with Darlington's.

I originally called Simon Darlington in to give me and estimate only to get a second opinion on what my job should cost.....because I really had another company in mind that I planned on using.  But once I met Simon and spent about 40 minutes talking to him about my job, I realized that this was the man I wanted to do my work.  Simon and all of his employees are extremely talented.  I am a perfectionist.  When I pay for something to be done around the house, I want it done right.  Darlington Designs did the job right the first time.  They didn't rush the job just to get it done.  They took their time and did a truely professional job.  I can't tell you how many people have commented on  beautiful our walks and landscaping looks.   And best of all, I had a realtor tell me that my house went up in value just by having this work done......and it went up more than double what I paid for the work.  Thank you Simon and all the Darlington Design team.  Job well done!
